Over the years, Jim added a number of new talents to his arsenal. He became a certified R-2000 builder, a designation that allows him to offer each of his clients a state-of-the-art R-2000 construction in their homes. He upgraded his skills by studying with the National Building Code Training Program and completed the Atlantic Housing Professional Studies Program. He is also a member of the Atlantic Home Warranty Program and the Nova Scotia Home Builders’ Association.

Today, Jim Morash’s attention to quality and detail have paid off. The company has grown quickly and gained a reputation within the industry as one of the top home builders in Nova Scotia - building everything from quality starter homes to large executive estates.
